Global Services is by invitation only, and United doesn't publish invitation criteria.

Premier 1K, the highest earned tier, requires 28,000 PQP, or 22,000 PQP + 60 PQF, for the 2026 year.

United does not publish any. Global Services is by invitation only. Invitations are commonly reported to go to members with high paid spend on United-operated flights, often well above Premier 1K levels.

You earn Premier 1K by reaching published PQP and PQF thresholds. Global Services is a separate, invitation-only level above 1K. Members report better upgrade priority and dedicated support, especially when flights are disrupted.
