United Global Services 2027: what to expect and how to prepare

Global Services for 2027 will be based on flying during the 2026 qualification year. United doesn't publish criteria, and as of September 2026 it hasn't announced changes. The useful work now is projecting your 2026 year-end paid United spend and deciding whether trips in the last months could make a difference.

Which year counts for 2027 Global Services?

Premier status for a membership year is based on the previous qualification year, and invitations are reported to follow the same rhythm. So travel in 2026 is what matters for 2027.

2026 Premier 1K thresholds: 28,000 PQP, or 22,000 PQP + 60 PQF.

What should I do before year end?
