Toptier Aero is operated by First Principles Foundry LLC.
Account information. When you create an account, we store your email address and authentication identifiers. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information from Google solely to create and secure your account.
Imported activity data. When you paste or upload loyalty activity, we store the flights, miles earned or redeemed, and qualifying metrics (such as PQP and PQF) contained in that import so we can project your status.
Verified travel email and forwarded bookings. You may verify any email address as your travel email and forward booking confirmations, modifications, or cancellations to our trips inbox. We process only the messages you send us, and only to extract the flight details needed to update your upcoming trips and status projections.
We use your data only to provide and improve the service: computing status projections, showing award price history and deals, and keeping your upcoming flights up to date. We do not sell your personal data, use it to advertise to you, or use it for any purpose other than operating and improving Toptier Aero.
First Principles Foundry LLC's use of information received from Google APIs through Toptier Aero adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Any data we receive from Google is used only to provide or improve your experience within Toptier Aero. We do not transfer, sell, or use Google user data for advertising, user profiling, or any unrelated purpose.
Forwarded emails are read only for the purpose of identifying your own travel confirmations, modifications, and cancellations. We do not read, store, or share the contents of unrelated messages. You can stop forwarding to us at any time, and you can remove verified travel emails from the Travel Email page.
Your data is processed by the service providers that host the app and its database strictly to run the service. We do not share your personal data with airlines or any other third parties for their own purposes, except where required by law.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can remove imported activity from Settings and verified travel emails from the Travel Email page. To close your account, use “Close my account” in Settings. For help requesting account or associated-data deletion, visit our account deletion page.
Your account is protected by authenticated sessions, and connection credentials are stored encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Protect the account you use to sign in, including enabling multi-factor authentication where available.
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
