Request account deletion
You can close your account in Settings or contact us if you cannot sign in.
Close your account in Settings
Sign in, open Settings, and select “Close my account” in the account-data section. Follow the confirmation prompt. This removes your account, profile, imported activity, saved scenarios, and connected-account records handled by that action. You will be signed out; closing your account cannot be undone.

Email support@toptieraero.com from the email address associated with your TopTier Aero account. State whether you want your account closed or specific data deleted. We may need to verify ownership before taking action. Never send passwords, payment details, or sign-in codes.
Email deletion requestSubscriptions and connected services
Do not assume account deletion cancels a paid subscription. Manage or cancel your subscription separately before closing your account. You can also revoke TopTier Aero access from your connected Google account. Contact support about remaining associated data or any records subject to legal or billing retention requirements.
